Select Dataset

Selects the current data set, on a system configured with multiple data sets.

Add datset to menu.

Adds a manualy created data set to the menu.

Delete current dataset

Deletes the currently selected data set from the menu.
Note The currently selected data set is displayed at the top of the menu.

Change description for current dataset.

allows user to provide or alter the description for the current data set.

Show DATASET Setings.

This displays a fairly comprehensive set of information on how the administrative program suite, thinks a Roadrunner data set is configured. This is always wanted when diagnosing problems.

Set/Unset global down.flag

This affects the global flag. Used to stop programs changing RoadRunner data during a backup, or system maintenance. Menu shows the current state of the flag.

Lock dataset

On a system with support for multiple data sets, there is also a flag for each data set. This menu option allows the user to set the flag for this dataset, and provide a reason.

If the flag is set, then the menu option changes to "Unlock".

Show all current users of DATASET

Displays the Roadrunner IDs and related details, of the users that RoadRunner thinks are logged in to this dataset.

Stop selected user of DATASET

Locates the Process IDs of users logged in to RoadRunner, The processes for a selected user may then be stopped.

Run buildfilesys for current dataset

Utility to maintain the list of files used when backing up or checking space. This is usualy maintained automaticaly, but is here to allow a manual rebuid.

This option is most likely to be of use after making manual configuration changes, relocating files, or deleting companies.
